Description

Evil eye has a deeper meaning for BOULO; since her childhood her mom used to tuck evil eye beads into her clothes, bag or purse before leaving the house, to protect her from the envious eyes. She used to find small evil eye beads in surprising places when she undress or change my purse. 

It is a significant and meaningful symbol of the past and present, and Turkish culture. When designing this piece, she wanted to stay true to what she had in mind when she built the brand BOULO - the unique and soul-bearing designs. The longstanding belief of the watchful gaze is that it keeps you safe from negative energy, harm, and jealousy. May this piece give such a blessing and protection to its bearer.
