Returns & Refund Policy

At The Revivas, we strive to offer high quality items from sustainable brands to our customers. The Revivas and our brand partners are committed to limiting fashion’s environmental impact by lowering CO2 emissions. We love it when our customers think twice before making a return and join our movement for a greener future.  

If you are not convinced and want to make a return, please find our policy and instructions below.  

Return Process: 

• Please email customers@therevivas.com with your order number and reason for the return request. 
• We will respond to you with a pre-paid return label and instructions for your return, usually within one working day. 
• Package your return securely to prevent damage and use only the return label generated by our team.  
• Always retain your proof of postage receipt in case items get lost in the post.  
• We offer free returns if a return request complies with our policy and instructions. 

Return Timeframe: 

• You have 14 days from your delivery date to inform us of your desire to return an item. 
• You have an additional 14 days from the date you receive return instructions to send back the item. 

Return Criteria: 

• Returns must be made in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed and with original labels and hygiene stickers (if applicable) attached. 
• All items must be returned in the original packaging provided. Any branded packaging such as dust bags, jewellery boxes and clothing tags should be included in your return. 
• All items must be returned in perfect condition. Any returns that are used, damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted. 
• Products with hygiene stickers (notably swimwear) must have the sticker attached. 
• Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded. 
• For hygiene reasons, underwear and jewellery items cannot be returned unless the product is faulty. 
• Gift cards are non-refundable but are valid for 12 months. 

• Return request may not be valid if the product is sent directly back to the brand without contacting us as specified above. 

Faulty Items: 

• If an item is faulty, please inform us as soon as possible at customers@therevivas.com by submitting a photo of the faulty item.  
• Faulty items will be returned and refunded. 

Exchanges: 

• Some of our brand partners allow exchanges, although some only offer a return and refund. If you wish to have an exchange, please email us at customers@therevivas.com 

Processing Your Refund:  

• After receiving, examining, and approving your returned item, we strive to promptly issue a refund within 14 working days.  
• Funds should usually be shown in your account approximately one week after being issued. 
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.  
• If you place an order with free delivery and then return the full order, we will deduct the price of delivery from the refund. Shipping fees will not be refunded. 
• Import taxes incurred for receiving an item in international returns cannot be refunded upon the item's return. 

Import Duties:  

• The prices on our website include duties and tax so that customers don’t have to pay additional fees. However, if you have paid additional import duty, you may reclaim it from your local tax office, if you return the items. The Revivas is not responsible for any additional customs and taxes applied to an order. 

Returns & Damages:  

• We are not liable for items damaged or lost during delivery. Please inform us, and we will contact the brand to address the issue. 

Cancellation Policy:  

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Notify us via customers@therevivas.com with your order number.  
• If an order has been dispatched, your order is binding, and our returns and refunds policy may apply.
